Jeff, It is Rick. I am able to speak to that a bit. 1st, we've been a lot more than delighted with how Gateway is undertaking. it is a terrific group. it is a great industry. We will likely be there basically rather shortly to possess a powwow with Individuals individuals and I'd say that they are exceeding expectations up to this point after we lo
